I had to register my apartment which I had brought after taking a home loan.And I thought,from now,I just had to pay the EMI's
Well,didnt turn out that way.
The ********** for registration of my property arrived and i received a shocker.Apart from the DD's addressed to the BBMP commisioner,I was told to get Rs 35000 as cash.
I asked the finance team of my builder and he said that this amount has to be paid under the table.
When I refused,he plainly mentioned that in this case,you can never get your property registered.
I had to hear this after paying Rs 110000 to the government for registration,stamp duty etc etc..
Am sick of this system.Want to bring about a change
