I applied for a new BSNL telephone connection and the person whoc came to go ahead with the installation set-up did provide the cables and the rest. When he was done, out of courtesy we paid Rs 30 as he had already asked earlier if he would get something for coffee! Bloody he started abusing when Rs 30 was given to him..He demanded Rs 200 and my aunt, when I was away had to shell out! It's just shameful and why probably someone do not want to live in *******
