BMTC Fare
I had boarded a local BMTC bus on 22-1-2017 at around 8.15 p.m. from Kaggalipura bus stop to go to Somanahalli Gate. And when I asked the conductor the fare for the said destination, he told me that it was Rs.12/-. And as I was taking out the change of Rs. 2/- after giving Rs.10/- note to the conductor, he went away. Assuming that he would come again to collect the balance of Rs.2/- later & then issue me a ticket, I sat in my with the change of Rs.2/-.
Since, the conductor failed to turn up even my destination was nearing, I confronted him to pay the balance of Rs.2/- so that he could issue me a ticket.
But to my surprise, he not only refused to accept change but also failed to issue me a ticket inspite of my repeated requests !!!!! The conductor had deliberately become negligent in issuing a ticket to me so that he could pocket my hard earned money.
The bus number was KA-05 F-1501. Why did the rude & arrogant conductor become greedy ? Does he not get salary for his routine work ? Why does he harrass his passengers in this way ? Does issuing a ticket to his
In view of the above, I request to you take strict, stern & stringent action against the greedy, inefficient, rude, negligent & arrogant conductor, at the earliest.
