Well, I had to get a divorce to save myself from virtual hell. But no step in the judiciary would proceed ahead without paying 100/200/500 INR at a certain desk. Get a official stamp, pay 200, get a singnature 300, get the application picked up by the judge 500. I dont even know what positions the people to whom I paid the bribe held in the court. They were all part of a team, surrounding me like vultures, none of whom will co-operate if I refuse to pay at any step. And they looted as much as they could for just for getting my appeal reach the judge. I feel ashamed for having paid bribe but I had to choose the lesser painful option of the two.
