This happened to us in the Bilekahalli, Bannerghatta Road Property tax office. We went there to promptly make the property tax payment for the house we own. But, the guy insisted on a bribe of Rs.200/- and told that only then he can accept and issue the receipt on time. He is doing this for all the years as we heard from one of the residents.
