We wanted to change our electricity supply to a 3 phase level as we bought a new aircon and washing machine.
Firstly, they dont process our paper in time and we need to go in person to know its status. We went at least 20 times to the office since No 2010. They have come for inspection only for 3 times and and for the first inspection we need to pay Rs1000 and there was no sign for improvement in our case so we had to visit the office several times again and they told the concerned officer has been transferred to a different branch. The new officer came for inspection to get his share of Rs1000 and they changed our old meter to the one suitable for 3 phase after which there was no sign of progress again. Then again we had to visit the office for 3 times before they came for the third inspection to look through the line connections and no reply yet...
We are still awaiting their service..and we lost all hope now...
