I had paid Rs.2000 on month of January 2010 for re-issuing my two wheeler learnering license. The man told me i will keep your learning licence and you come after one month to give your
(practical) test. I went after a month and he told me that the licence was with you? And you know no point of arguing? I still have re-apply for learners licence and give its written test again.
