I paid as every one else pay to get the attestation by the notrary in the district court in palakkad. they make a receipt of a small amount Rs50/- but take between 300 to 5oo every signature. the lawyers are also geeting the cut in the process. if any one does a sting operation over there they can find it for them selves.
