I paid bribe to the BBMP inspector for getting my Katha transferred. The file was left unattended for 2 weeks after submission. Only when I went to the office I was directed to ********** the inspection officer who asked me to pay a bribe of 3000.
I got my Katha transferred in 2 days after that. I also paid 200 to get the Katha Extract and certificate to the accountant.
