Every delivery boy asks for bribe (Prema gas agency - chennai). While the bill is issued for Rs.398, they would announce Rs.410 and if you would not give this amount the delivery boy would not deliver the gas cylinder to you and if you question, the answer is - this is practise and we get this in every house.
