Bribe for being with my fiance in my car!!!

I was with my fiance in my Car. Had just parked the car on the Nanda Theatre road, when this Constable comes up to us and starts like an interrogation!
Me: What were we doing in the first place? Cant we sit in the Car and even talk? We are legitimate to be married couple.
PC: I dont know what is your intention! (I cant understand when did Karnataka Police start investigations based on Intentions). Come to the station! We will ********** the Inspector.
Me: What is the crime that we have done?
PC: I told you... the intention...

I was worried as I didnt want my future In-Laws to be embarrassed by calling them to the police station. I had no option to pay 1500 rs that this person sought.

I curse that this PC lose at least 1000 times of that money and many more things in his life for the bloody greed.
