I have blessed with son. I have registered in Parvathipuram vizianagaram dist. municipal office for birth records. They told me to ********** after 10 days. After 10 days i gone to office and asked again. They demanded for 100/-. I said no. They they told this amount goes to commissioner also. I strictly said no. Again they said to come after 10 days. Similarly i gone near about 10 times to Municipal office. They what is my cost......I put leave to my office. because i am working in private sector. Then i paid 100/- to that fellow and immediately he had given that certificate to me. It is MUNICIPALITY and persons are working in MUNICIPALITIES are also *******
