My mother wanted to transfer the TNEB connection in my (late) grandfather's name to hers, with proper documentation.
This happened on 14/07/2014 at Kovaipudur AE's office, Coimbatore 640142
The charges on TNEB/TANGEDCO's website is Rs. 200, but the Commercial Inspector demanded Rs 800, citing that the form 2 of the application required the remainder of Rs 600, since the transferor was not alive anymore. This is a cover for a bribe.
