I went to municipal office to take Birth Certificate for my new born son. The person in charge for handling Birth Certificates told me that Birth Certificate without baby name costs 15/- and asked me to write 15/- and sign on the bank receipt, I did so when i took my purse to pay money person in charge told so politely to pay 40/- and the certificate will be ready by evening. I got the certificate but what worried me was bribe which was more than the cost of the certificate.
