I am b. Last year My Father & Sister died in an road accident. Me & my Family Had done all the formalities. I had a word with my area councilor Regarding the death certificate. He said reach SRIPERUMBATTUR MUCIPALITY ten you get the ceritificate. I Went there I met one person first day i Had applied the death certificate. she asked me to come by another two days. I went there after two days she said you have to pay 300 for the death certificate. because two people are two. I knew that clearly that is bribe. I paid that amount. First She refused to Receive the money. same time she was signalling to come out of the office. She gave me the note book & told keep the Rupees inside the note & sumitt to my table. I had done the same.
