Bribe demanded paid, and passport denied

This is typical UP style bribe story. CID guy from Aligarh, came to my house in Hathras town; for passport verification. I used to travel a lot at that time for job related assignments. He came home demanded 400/-. He took the money, had a tea at my home, and then reported that I do not live at that address.
