A BSES employee comes to my house...he says that my bill has been coming too less for quite a few months...(winter months, not much use, nobody hme all day long)....so he said that i am stealing electricity that is why bill is coming less (not true)...
so he asked me to pay Rs. 30000 bribe even when there is nothing wrong....jus that my bill had been coning less....
so we contacted some known person in BSES.... so he setteled for a bribe of 2000 for nothing....
we paid because we cant get into trouble of going to court or nor can afford a huge fine if he made a false report!!!! felt so helpless!!!
