Bribe due to lack of platform ticket

Once there is troop of my was traveling from Bundi to nagaur via jaipur . actually we had to stop at jaipur to appear in KVPY exam .after exam when we was on way of complete half of the journey but no one of us knew that there is concept of platform ticket .we enter in platform from back side of platform and asked Ticket-Checker who sit at exit door that where is ticket window .he said you have no platform ticket then you are illegally on platform .you will be charged by fine of Rs 400 each. there was a policeman sitting sipping tea .we asked him to let us go . but actually he was also with him .after then all of us led to TT room to charge that much amount of money. but there was a man who told me and friend to not pay any amount of fine.suddenly TC saw that somebody telling not to bribe.then suddenly come come to us and sent the guy away from us .in the TT room there was a another guy who was beating by another TC because he denied to bribe. after too much heated argument we had to pay Rs 50 without reciept .
