The corruption starts at the grass root levels and in this case it was no different.I unwillingly had to be a part of corruption just to get my work done on time as it has become a habit in this country .I feel very humiliated at the thought of myself being involved in paying bribe But i had to do this because my passport was stuck without police verification for 5 months and in order to expedite this process i requested them and in turn was involved in paying a bribe..this has to end at any cost and we owe as a citizen to be a part in this drive against the corruption..
India is not a poor country .it's just because of so much corruption that the money intended for the welfare doesn't reach the grassroot levels i.e for the people who need it most
