On behalf o fmy every quater i Pay Rs 4000 to excise superidentant plus gifts worth Rs 5000 on Diwali and New year (in total almost 26,000 per year) for filing excise returns every quater even though all our transactions are clear and documents in place. If we dont pay he will not sign on returns, Asks for all invoices for last three years. Then says he doesnt have time to check them.By doing all these delays he ensures ********** pases 20th. Once ********** croses 20th,he says we have crossed deadline so has to pay fine of Rs25,000 or pay Rs 5000 to him to sign the document on back dated basis. we have experienced this two quaters and started paying him Rs 4000 per quater (fixed bargained rate) plus gifts on diwali and new year. now he signs document without even checking them.
