My name is ASHISH KUMAR YADAV. My passport file no is LK4060194361816. I submiited form at passport seva kendra on 10/08/2016 at 04:49 pm.
Around at 10:15 am on 23/8/2016 a police Sepoy came from THANA kothwali(sadar , azamgarh) to my home for verification of passport. before asking anything he straight away ask me pay 1500 rupees. i straight away refused it, so he angrily stand up and said me that if you will not pay then you will be in trouble and he will cancel the verification.
then i called passport seva helpline no 18002581800. he suggested me that it is beeter if you will pay otherwise you have suffer a lot by hanging around to police station and passport office.
