I went with a receipt for the release of a settlement deed that has been pending for long. I went on 1st August 2018 to X and requested for release of my documents. The X kept delaying and made me wait and come next day each day I went there. Finally, on 6th August 2018, he signed for release of the documents. I noticed him signaling to a person and then it all started. I was asked to pay a bribe of Rs.4000 to have the documents. If I did not oblige to that I was asked to leave the office. I noticed the whole office to be corrupt. I noticed them collecting bribe for every person who came there.
