I am NRI and visited India. I went to Cama hotel in Ahmedabad to get my permit for alcohol. I paid my fees of Rs 200 for processing. After the sale was completed the manager openly asked me to bribe him Rs. 500 if I wanted my passport. I didn't want to go through the hassle and paid him the money.
Next time I went there and same scenario happened with an older gentlemen. He told the manager that, "you keep my passport and I will go and call police..". Manager returned the passport immediately. I truly hopes this movement changes *******
