Bribe to get away from Drunk and Driving

I was stopped by a batalion of cops at BSK 2nd Stage BDA complex on Nov 7th for Drunk and Drive check. I had consumed around 2 bottles of beer. I was told, come to the inspector and it will cost you 1800rs else pay 600 to me and get away. I dilegently paid 600 and moved on. The constable pocketed it.
