Hi,
I m ********** and i want to get the Khata for my owner ,because i m goin to buy the property,since the owner is out of town.when i approached the agent ,he is asking 8000 as bribe for the khata Transfer and he is challenging me ,until we pay bribe we will not get the khata transfer without their assistance.These things are happening in Bilekahhali BBMP office and secondly in the BDA koramangala ofice we need to pay 20000 as bribe to register the property.This is really pathetic.and all we need is to stop this is to take video and post in al the news channels and they should be thrown out of the Govt.Duty with immediate effect and they should face the criminal charges for teh life.Such an act should be stopped immediately.Pls guys everyone understand and make t a huge sucess to make a cleaner bengaluru and coruption free state.
