We wanted birth certificates of our babies as part of their admission procedure in a reputed school at Ghaziabad. However, the day we went for the certificates, there was a holiday for 3/4 days following the same and this would mean that the last date for filling the admission form will close. So we paid a sum of Rs. 1,000 as service charges(without a receipt) for getting the birth certificates made. This was in the year 2009.
