I had to get 10 number of duplicate copies of my daughter's DOB certificate for her school admission process. I was asked to pay Rs. 10 per copy and Rs. 100 as Bribe. Later when I went to collect the certificate the person asked to pay additional Rs. 100 apart from the earlier paid Rs. 200. Said the signing authority also want some share. I think Rs. 10 each cop was genuine and I had to pay Rs. 200 as bribe.
