Hi,
i am a student of an engineering college at ghaziabad. i am from a lower middle class background. the scholarship which the social welfare department pays us is not given to us until we pay them some amount. this is not the story of my own alone rather this is the story of all the engineering colleges here. i am ashamed on my deed of paying bribe as an educated person but as a person in need i had to do it.
