Bribe to get the Passport ready in 2 hours.

I had to pay a sum of Rs 500 along with the passport Tatkal fees of Rs 3500 to get my passport ready in 2 hours, rather than the 2 days wait. For every successful issue in 2 hours, a sum of 500 Rs needs to be sent into the passport officers bank a/c by my agent.
