Hi,
This is a burning issue in AndhraPradesh.Passport office becomes a synonymous to Bribe and Corruption. 6months ago we applied for passport for our parents, it was supposed to be allotted and sent to our home within a month {as per rules and regulations}, but that was not happened. After n number of calls to customer srevice number, by God's grace we could contact the customer service personnel and he suggested a cool advise to apply through a broker. Then we applied again through a broker for this he demanded us 15K, we were shocked and at last the deal was settled at 10K. It was happened around 2 months ago still the passport is not reached. Checked online about the passport status, which shows the dispatch ********** is 25th Feb,the nagain we called customer service number and again the person give cool answer i.e., to come hyderabad and give a application for the issue :( . We contacted the broker we helped{??} in applying passport and he gave again a shock and demanding more 6 thousand !!!!.
Pass Office Bastards and Cannibal brokers are still happy with their business and a common people like us still been suffering. I cannot prove that i paid bribe as it is a unofficia deal through a broker. These Bloody brokers and passport officer doing business. Lot of stories broadcasted in media about corruption in passport office, hyderabad, but this **********bad government sleeping like *******
