Bribe to get the property registered

This is ridiculous that I had to pay bribe for getting my property registered. All these real estate agents and employees in the registrar office won't let your work get done if they don't get paid. The demand was openly for Rs 35000 for the registry of my property that is bought from my white money. Infact, a good cut was given to registrar and SDM for signing off the papers.
