Hi,
I had gone to the Waidhan License office to get a driving licence for myself.
I knew that the charge for a license is around Rs 70-100. When I went to the
office, I realized that without the help of the agents, it is kind of impossible to
clear the driving and the written tests as the license office employees fail you
without any excuse if you don't come through the agents. Finally, I paid bribe to
an agent who got me my license without any tests. I feel really ashamed, frustrated
and irritated by the whole system and the way things are run at these government
offices.
