Bribe for getting international drivers license

I live in UK, I came to india for my holidays. Getting driving license in UK is bit hard, so i thought of having a international drivers license and applied thru local agents. I was forced to pay 3500 Rs. instead of just 1000 Rs.(I guess so) for my driving license. Bribe should be completed removed. I believe this website will definitely bring some changes in our life.
