Bribe for getting my two wheeler license issued

I paid a bribe of Rs. 200 for getting my two wheeler license issued. They asked us to drive the bike in a narrow street for testing in 8 shape. But no one could got through it. Got bribe from all the 25 people (Rs. 200). They should have a proper testing ground.
