Bribe give to obtain NOC for mortgage of property
We had given an application to obtain No Objection Certificate from G.I.D.C which has to be submitted to the bank to avail Term loan , and working capital .
We had to bribe the officials to obtain the same as they were taking their own sweet time to issue the same , and the bank would not release the payment without this certificate , and the project was getting delayed for the same.
