The overhead lines to my land had been tangled with climbers and bushes. The EB persons asked me to clear them, and for that, they had suspended power. Now that the work of clearing the climbers on the lines have been done, I asked the persons to resume power. I had earlier paid Rs.1000 to suspend power, thinking that they would also restore it. Now they demanded an additional Rs.5000, and without which they would not attend to my complaints. Finally, haggled with them and paid Rs.2000, to get it restored.
