I m doing my PhD from delhi. So to attend a conference abroad, i needed a passport. so i applied in lucknow and after one month i went to kotwali dehat, hardoi for passport verification. After verification, That guy asked me for chai pani. I got his point i give me him 200 rs but i was shocked when he deemanded 1500 rs for chai pani, even Hotel ********** does not charge this much for chai pani, loll, any how i manage him on 700 rs bcz if i would not pay him he will delay to submit my verification reposrt and still he has not submit that report. I think the most corrypt dept. is indian police from a conestble to DGP all are corrupt, dam police
