I tried a lot to get our Hose Plot registry without any bribe but all the officials are associated with the bribe system. I have to give 8000 to Bhagwan Sing, clerk Jone-3 Kanpur Development Authority for completing the file for registry on the camp announce by KDA itself. After paying bribe i didn't get my work done and they ask small small amount for any correction or new work. Common man are daily wasting their hard earning money in form of bribe to these clerks to get their plot registered whether you have paid fully. No one is there to correct the system or listen the voice of semi literate people.
