I did a registartion of my new house in KR puram registration office & iwas asked to pay a bribe of Rs.20,000/= as theregistration fee for the lawer who was handling the registration process. After 2 round of negositation with the lawyer it finnaly decided to pay a bribe of 17000/= to complete the registartion.
In the same manner i was talking to my collegue who got a flat regsitration coming week tuesday(7/12/2010) has been asked to pay Rs.20000/= since the katha is not up-to-********** , but the pathetic sutiuation is that the Katha is provided by the same registartion office & they are saying it would take another 6 months to provide the latest one & in the due time the builder would complete the entire flats registartion & they would get excess amount for the same as bribe.
