Sir/Madam,
Every year since 2005 i forced to pay 10% of my income tax returns to Income tax clerk to receve my refunds. They are not paying refunds if i donot pay 10 percent amount. I filing through my Chartered account, he is also hope less. It become a permanent feature to get refunds. So far I paid about Rs. 60000 till Sept-2010. I paid around 6 lakh rupees hard earnd money since 2002 as Income Tax. Some times i borrowed money from friends and paid the Tax. I am not a business man, but an employee working in Merchant Navy (Indian coast). We will have six to nine months employment in a year.
