Hi,
As I was travelling abroad, I approached the RTO, West Bangalore ( Rajaji Nagar) for issual of IDP. Though it was my 3rd IDP ( as they expire in a year's time) I requested to issue with just the fee for the IDP. Initially, I was asked to approach through a Driving School. When insisted, I was sent to a person who demanded 2000 over and above regular fee. Later he " obliged " for 1000 with curses :).
ost of the time, when I talk about not giving bribe, I was chased out to bring National Saving Certificates though it is not explicitly mentioned anywhere.
Please explain the need of a Driving school or is there a compulsory need for Driving School for any license ?
Also,
what are the actual docs required to get a badge to drive a transport LMV?
