Everybody from clerk to sub-megistrate used to take bribe for i guess each and every single thing.....I live in Germany and my parents want to come to Germany on a long term visa and one of the visa requirement is marriage certificate of my parents. Now, to get a marriage certificate from Nangal, a small town in District Rupnagar in Punjab, my parents have been asked to pay Rs. 10000 to 12000 bribe from clerk to Megistrate.....Every body is corrupt from top to bottom.....people are asking for brible so bluntly and telling my parents that documents are incomplete without any justification....no body cares that they are senior citizen and they are being harassed for nothing.....i really want to register a complaint against once my parents get the certificate....pls tell me where and how i can complain against them....i am literally ********** off with this bloody corrupted system....after seeing all these i dont wangt to come back to India....
