Couple of years before, I had to register ration card to get a gas connection. I had been to the office for the registration. Unfortunately the person who was sitting outside of the building, called me. When I had a chat with him, He asked be to bribe 300 rs. I asked the reason. He told me that If you go up in the office, You will be waiting for some months.If you could give me 300 rs. You will be received by 2-3 days. I was supposed to give him since I needed Immediately. That was my story:::(((((
