I am sorry i don't k'now his name but he was handicapped , it was on 21st of November and around 11.30 am . The office is for assistant executive engineer where people use to pay bills and receive application for new connection. this office is situated in BANAVARAM , WALAJAH TALUKA ,on the state highway 128.
I asked for an application to get new connection of three phase , so he asked me 50 rupeess for giving the application , i refused but he said that this a charge for application but later i came to know that the application is free .
The designation of the officer is a clerk (he is handicapped)
I request you to punish this kind of people since they are shameful to our country.
