Bribe of kissing my girl friend in a cab at Rajarhat Road

I was travelling with my GF in a cab. I kissed her. A police patrol came following us. Flashed torch on face and GFs face while running parallel by the side of our cab. They asked the cabbie to stop by the side. Once cabbie parked the car, thepolice patrol driver came and asked me to go and ********** the office sitting in the car.

The cop then started abusing me. Also was tring to placate me and my GF. It was late (10 pm) and he was saying that will take us to PS and detain us etc. Then almost forced us to pay Rs 6000 as kind of 'release' money. What was our fault ?
