My village comes under Ben Block/Circle. Circle officer is the person concerned to certify and issue
LPC. authorised person to do the work is called as karamchari of the village area who do not do thing himself rather has tauts to take the job, fix the bribe and accept the bribe. Taut does handle govt land records, karamchari signs and puts up to circle officer for certification. My elder brother, a police sub-inspector , in the security of chief Minister of Bihar deals with the karamchari's taut and paid the bribe of Rs 18000/-. The incident happened last week.
