It was unfortunate and painful moment of my life as i lost my father, in that pain i was doing my responsibilities like collecting death certificate, legal heir certificate, etc. I approached MRO office, applied for legal heir, i was taking permission in my office and was paying visits to MRO office but the RI is not at all listening, one day he signaled that he need money to do the job, as i was desperate and since my work is also impacting i paid a bribe. Then also i had to make couple of visits to get the job done.
