I am serve in Indian Army on officer rank,I was purchase land in satara and I want to construct my own sweet house,I am complete govt. procedure & filfillment of documents required for house constriction & registration.But before that he takes Rs.15000/- for only registration and stop my file upto 6 calendar months.
Till date my registration is incomplete please take serious action on this case.
