Bribe for loading my bike on the same train and to grp for no reasons

Hi all,
i had to pay bribe to the GRP for getting stamp on the form that is required to fill for sending my bike through railways.
i had all the documents that are required i had the NOC from the RTO, i had the DL, I had the Insurance still i had to pay bribe to the GRP for stamping that every documents are there(200).
and the booking officer was not loading the bike on the train,even though the rule clearing stated that if u want to load the vehicle on the same train in which u are travelling .the only thing that u need to do is to reach th booking office 30 min before the train departs.
the loading guy took 200 for loading the vehicle as the booking officer had instructed not to load it until i pay him 200 rupee .
and then for deloading the vehicle from the train at H.nizzamudin station that guy took another 50.
GRP at H.nizammudin took 50.
