One person at DC office where marriage registration is done. That person asked for bribe citing one of witness ( my sister) document address is not from Gurgaon. Though I have provided my sister documents from other city. That person told me that it will take another month and other petty excuses.
Then he asked me to come out of office and told me upront, give me 5000 INR and I'll do it . Somehow I managed to bring it down to 2500 *******
